Lynne Noble-Danischevsky

I've been in the recruitment industry since 1978 and have seen a lot of changes and regulation imposed upon the market.

After working for other agencies I went on to set up my own agency with 8 branches nationwide before selling and moving on to Life Coaching. I have successfully completed the Certificate and Diploma in Life Coaching from Newcastle as well as having written a recruitment manual which is in the process of being updated.

Having been through two recessions I have helped to rebuild businesses that have gone from being highly profitable to just about maintaining market share. There are few challenges – both in good times and bad – that I have not encountered and overcome and I now enjoy passing on my coaching skills to my clients at individual, team and corporate level and watching the results of my input.
