We gear our fees to the individuals
and organisations we work with.
The terms below reflect the most popular ways of working.

Agency Owner Coaching/Mentoring – We can attend your offices for weekly meetings, brainstorming sessions and practical tips with our fees starting from £250 per week, with a minimum of 12 weeks.

Business Coaching – If you would like us to coach whole teams, individually or as teams or a combination of both, our fees start at £850 per week based on a 5-member team requiring once a week coaching each plus team meeting and feedback for a minimum of 12 weeks. Fees are quoted individually for larger teams or if greater support is required.

Team coaching - If you are working within a team and there are a number of you who require coaching, we can attend Team meetings or work with you on a personal basis as part of that team. Depending on your requirements per month. and individual support required, rates start at £500 per month. Costs can be borne by several individuals making it more cost effective.

Personal Coaching – 4 face-to-face sessions per month at a rate of £200 per month. Together we will work on keeping you focused, on track and moving towards achieving your goals. Additional support can be given by email.

Some clients prefer more anonymous coaching, particularly for the first week or two, so we also offer:

Telephone coaching at a rate of £40 per 45 minutes. You choose the frequency but usually once a week or once a fortnight.

Email coaching - a regular dialogue by email. £120 per month for emails each week. £60 per month for emails every other week.

Workshops – one off workshops geared specifically for recruitment industry professionals, looking at focus, self belief and achieving targets. The fee for day workshops is £150 per person, with discounts for members of REC.
